Biltmore Golf Course

Adjacent to The Biltmore sits the 6,800 yard, par 71, 18-hole championship golf course. Originally designed in 1925 by Donald Ross, a transplanted Scotsman who was the pre-eminent golf designer of his era, the course has long attracted celebrities, pro athletes and dignitaries. It got a 2007 update courtesy of architect Brian Silva and now includes a full service golf shop featuring custom club fitting, GPS navigated golf carts and a variety of instructional programs.

19th Hole

This casual eatery and its terrace open onto panoramic views of The Biltmore’s lush Donald Ross Golf Course. It’s the perfect place to eat a pre-game breakfast of farm-fresh eggs or to unwind over beers and American pub fare like burgers, club sandwiches and chili-cheese hot dogs.

Sunday Champagne Brunch

The extravagant buffet features endless delicacies and culminates with a wall of desserts prepared to perfection by Executive Pastry Chef Olivier Rodriguez. The grand Sunday Champagne Brunch combines European flair, Latin exuberance and Miami’s very own style.

Executive Chef: David Hackett

The Biltmore Bar

Live jazz and piano music add a touch of retro glamour to the handsome Biltmore Bar. Guests gather for pre-dinner cocktails mixed with organic, seasonal ingredients or puff cigars outside under the bar’s loggia overlooking the courtyard fountain.

The Cellar Club

The Cellar Club wakes up with Illy coffee, cappuccinos, freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit in the morning. In the afternoon, the bar serves light meals before moving on to buzzy evenings with more than 100 wines by the glass and cocktails made with organic seasonal ingredients

The Old World Glamour and Elegance of The Biltmore

Old World Glamour and Elegance of The Biltmore. Immerse yourself in the picturesque Biltmore Hotel, where the beauty of the architecture and tropical landscape are the perfect backdrop for your next Miami holiday. With a total of 275 rooms of which 130 suites, the Biltmore Hotel Miami is ideal for your next vacation.

Having housed guests as notorious as Al Capone and as noteworthy as Franklin D. Roosevelt, The Biltmore has remained one of the country's most historic hotels for nearly a century. The architects behind Grand Central Station fashioned this fanciful palace by the palms with terra-cotta tiled roofs and yellow walls, creating an instant landmark. During the Jazz Age, the hotel drew socialites and movie stars with its polo fields, ball rooms and sports facilities. Today, the nationally recognized spa on the 7th floor allows guests to unwind during their stay. The Palme d'Or restaurant, which rates highly in Zagat, and activities such as cooking classes, keep guests close to the resort. But unlike in the property's early days, there are also the draws of Miami and Coral Gables a short drive away
